Vintage farmhouse built in 1905 in the city of Penticton. Many Vintage homes are rapidly becoming rezoned properties for condos. This home on a 1 acre piece of land was one of the original farmhouses in town. Originally the property was over 3 city blocks, from my understanding. Sits on the corner of Nelson Ave and Manitoba Street. My parents and family lived in this home since 1968 to 2023.
